Here's how the Challenge works: keep track of your running, hiking, cycling, and paddling miles between now and 9/1/18. If you reach a combined total of 2000 miles, you'll get a free, specially designed 2000 Mile Challenge t-shirt and discounted registration to either the 2018 Buchanan Tri or the NEW 2018 Off-Road Edition of the Buchanan Tri (your choice). Plus you just might be in the best shape of your life!
The Challenge began the day of the 2017 Buchanan Tri (Sept. 9). So if you raced with us, you can count your 20 "Tri miles" from that day, too.
There's no special form to submit. Once you register with us, keep track of your miles whatever way suits you best. Remember almost any "training" miles count. Just don't count your daily "steps" as part of your total. The Challenge is meant to be "above and beyond." Make it special! Good luck and have a blast!
